- How long has she/they been in milk?
- Daily Milk production
- Do you want more production?
- Age of cow
- Weight of the cow (ask if you need help)
- Good pictures of the back and sides of cow, and video walkthrough for Body Condition Scoring
- Pic of nutrition tags of feed currently feeding and poundage
- Is there anything else you would like to feed instead? Other feeds available
- Hay type and quality, a Hay test results is the best option
- Pasture type and quality
- Mineral Program & Tags if possible
If she is a Dry Cow:
- When is/are she/they due?
- Age of cow
- Weight of the cow (ask if you need help)
- What was the milk production they were at last peak freshening?
- Good pictures of the back and sides of cow, and video walkthrough for Body Condition Scoring
- What is she being fed currently? Hay? Pasture? Supplemental feeds?
